VP of Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This executive will manage the integrated media strategy encompassing: Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Programmatic, Native, Display, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Landing Page Optimization (LPO), Social Creative, SEO Content Strategy, and Landing Page Design & Testing.

• Spearhead enterprise-level acquisition strategies across all paid and organic media channels.

• Create scalable growth frameworks across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Programmatic, Native, Display, Retargeting, and emerging acquisition channels.

• Oversee the growth strategy for our internal lead generation assets, driving substantial traffic through search, social, programmatic, native, and display acquisition channels.

• Build, mentor, and lead a team of 8 across paid media, SEO, CRO/LPO, creative strategy, analytics, and content.

• Establish operational processes, KPI frameworks, and reporting standards.

• Cultivate a culture of testing, accountability, innovation, and performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, analytics, product, and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth strategy.

• Extensive expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, CRO/LPO, Programmatic, Native, and Display.

• Documented success in scaling customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives.

• Experience in managing media budgets and multi-channel acquisition strategies.

• Strong comprehension of attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization.

• Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams.

• Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with GA4, Looker/Tableau, CRM systems, CDPs, and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
