This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel sales growth and production results within your region by contributing to the creation of a detailed business plan aimed at expanding distribution, enhancing firm output, and driving performance.

• Collaborate closely with Principal Owners (POs) and field leaders to boost productivity and business performance, leveraging data, insights, and focused coaching to achieve outcomes.

• Play a pivotal role in firm expansion and strategic initiatives, including facilitating merger discussions and assessing growth opportunities.

• Act as a vital link between the Field and Home Office, working with essential stakeholders in Client Solutions & Wealth Management, Compliance, Legal, and other areas to tackle complex business and regulatory issues.

• Influence and back succession planning across firms to guarantee continuity, sustainable growth, and a strong leadership pipeline.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and connector among teams, ensuring alignment and progress on key initiatives that correspond with the overarching strategies of Guardians and Client Solutions & Wealth Management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in consulting for driving sales growth, development, and productivity within a field-based, firm, or financial services setting.

• Proven track record in assisting with business planning linked to strategic growth initiatives, including but not limited to influencing production outcomes, recruitment, market expansion, performance, and succession planning.

• Strong business acumen with the capability to manage escalations, exception requests, and ambiguous challenges, while balancing business impact and risk for both the Firm and Guardian.

• History of cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with partners in both field and home office environments.

• Comprehensive understanding of distribution economics and performance drivers, including recruitment and production metrics.

• Knowledge of field compensation structures and incentive models.

• Leadership style that aligns with Guardian’s core values.
