This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide services to both current and potential clients in various financial planning areas, including retirement, tax strategy, equity compensation, real estate, and estate coordination.
• Assist senior advisors in managing client relationships while gradually assuming more responsibility.
• Manage inquiries and leads from new clients, transforming warm introductions into lasting partnerships.
• Seek new client opportunities through referrals, community involvement, and professional networks.
• Utilize Farther's technology and planning resources to offer a tailored, high-quality client experience.
• Play a role in team operations and aid in internal succession planning as the practice expands.
• A Series 65 or 66 license is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management is required.
• A solid understanding of financial planning principles, including retirement, investment management, and basic taxation.
• A relationship-centered approach, demonstrating genuine concern for clients' long-term success.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
• A proactive self-starter capable of managing a pipeline and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
