This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Define, lead, and implement the enterprise revenue management strategy for the organization.

• Establish both long-term and short-term revenue objectives for the portfolio.

• Direct strategic pricing, stay restrictions, and inventory control frameworks.

• Anticipate and adapt to changing market dynamics, competitive movements, and macroeconomic influences.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align revenue strategies with the overall commercial plan.

• Monitor and assess the performance of all distribution channels.

• Recruit, mentor, and motivate top talent in revenue management.

• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the revenue management field.

• Supervise enterprise-wide reporting and analytics initiatives.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management.

• At least 5 years in senior multi-property or corporate leadership roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of revenue management principles, commercial strategy, and global distribution systems.

• Advanced skills with various RMS, PMS, CRS, GDS, channel management, and business intelligence tools.

• Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a talent for translating insights into quantifiable business results.

• Strong executive presence complemented by excellent communication and influencing capabilities.

• Salary range of $200k-$210k.
