This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Articulate and promote the vision, mission, and strategic objectives for the Mature Markets organization.
• Achieve a profitable P&L by driving growth in both revenue and profit margins across all Mature Market regions.
• Develop, lead, and mentor high-achieving commercial and operational teams.
• Partner with PACS Leadership and department heads to implement regional growth strategies.
• Assess competitive environments, uncover market expansion prospects, and engage in high-level negotiations to secure strategic alliances and contracts.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade associations, and professional gatherings.
• Serve as the regional spokesperson during internal and external business discussions, providing updates on personnel, financials, KPIs, forecasting, strategic planning, and acquisition integration.
• Demonstrated capability to lead transformative programs that foster significant growth.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in navigating cross-functional teams and managing complexity and uncertainty.
• Adept in diplomacy and conflict resolution strategies.
• Experience in leading cross-disciplinary teams across various geographical locations.
• Willingness and capability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• An MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, including management of large teams.
• Proven experience in managing a full P&L with a track record of achieving both top and bottom-line goals.
• Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape, including deal activity and potential opportunities.
• Strong leadership and management background, encompassing strategic thinking, innovation, coaching and mentoring, scaling, and collaboration.
