This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop a repeatable, account-focused marketing strategy that cultivates and accelerates pipeline within targeted accounts.
• Lead the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiative, coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, and partnerships for targeted accounts.
• Establish a focused demand generation engine tailored for high-value accounts.
• Create customized events and executive experiences aimed at transforming opportunities into qualified pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to penetrate named accounts and advance deals through the sales funnel.
• Forge co-marketing initiatives with partners to generate and broaden pipeline opportunities.
• Refine Copia’s positioning, messaging, and narrative related to Operational Technology (OT) security and industrial code management.
• Partner with Business Operations (BizOps) to analyze marketing performance and pipeline outcomes.
• Over 10 years of B2B marketing experience, emphasizing enterprise and account-based strategies.
• More than 5 years of experience in leading marketing teams.
• Proven history of marketing to and securing super-enterprise ($8B+) and enterprise ($2–8B) clients, ideally within OT security, cybersecurity, or related technical enterprise sectors.
• Experience collaborating directly with founders and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated achievements across key marketing functions, including:
