This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the brand and audience strategy for RTINGS.com, enhancing global awareness, trust, and direct demand for our independent testing lab.
• Report directly to the president.
• Oversee brand management, public relations, communications, organic social media, SEO, newsletters, and the growth of our organic audience.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Establish a long-term marketing vision, identifying the necessary capabilities, channels, structure, and initiatives to facilitate RTINGS.com’s growth beyond its current model.
• Define and monitor clear KPIs for brand equity, awareness, and audience growth (e.g., branded search, direct traffic, share of voice, sentiment, top-of-funnel membership contribution).
• Collaborate with the Growth team, which oversees paid acquisition, conversion, lifecycle, and retention, ensuring that Marketing and Growth align on shared business outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Revenue, Operations, and other teams to provide a seamless, high-value user experience.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, branding, public relations/communications, social media, SEO, and organic audience management roles.
• Demonstrated success in driving brand awareness for a consumer-facing product or media brand.
• Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of analytics related to brand and audience measurement (including brand tracking, share of voice, and organic and social analytics).
• A background in digital products, applications, or subscription models is a significant asset.
• Proficiency in English is essential due to the international scope of our company.
