This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the U.S. to enhance awareness, engagement, and enrollment across the online school portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving marketing team across strategy, creative, and performance marketing disciplines.
• Align U.S. marketing priorities with global objectives while tailoring approaches to meet regional market demands.
• Convert business objectives into actionable marketing plans with defined KPIs and accountability for ROI.
• Oversee brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and structure for all U.S. online school brands.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity and experience across digital channels, events, partnerships, and communications.
• Supervise the development of brand guidelines and creative assets in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Propel enrollment growth through integrated multi-channel campaigns, encompassing digital, social, content, partnerships, and events.
• Enhance marketing funnel performance, analytics, and reporting to boost conversion rates and meet enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Academic teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the student journey.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and marketing technologies, including contracts, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Oversee the U.S. marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation, spending optimization, and measurable financial outcomes.
• Strategic marketing leader with a solid history of driving brand growth, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Strong in both strategy and execution, with a practical approach and readiness to get involved when necessary.
• Versatile marketer with expertise spanning brand management, digital marketing, performance marketing, content, CRM, partnerships, and analytics.
• Commercially savvy, data-oriented, and focused on achieving measurable results and ROI.
