This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of growth marketing for Pink Elephant’s mobile-centric products.
• Develop and enhance both organic and performance strategies to convert installation volume into paying, retained customers.
• Manage App Store Optimization comprehensively: including keyword strategy, creative testing, conversion rate optimization, and market localization.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of paid acquisition across platforms such as Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other emerging mobile advertising networks.
• Direct lifecycle marketing efforts (push notifications, in-app messaging, email) to enhance user activation, retention, and facilitate subscription conversions/renewals.
• Assemble and lead a streamlined growth marketing team, encompassing in-house experts as well as performance and creative agencies or freelancers.
• Provide growth performance reports and forecasts directly to senior leadership.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in growth/performance marketing, particularly focused on mobile applications.
• Demonstrated success in scaling consumer mobile applications, whether subscription-based or freemium.
• Strong analytical skills: adept at cohort analysis, CAC-to-LTV modeling, attribution logic, and incrementality testing.
• Proficient with the mobile growth toolkit: AppsFlyer/Adjust, Meta Ads, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Firebase, GA4, and A/B testing tools.
• A proven history of growing mobile products in the US and/or Western European markets.
