Sales & Marketing Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Leading the sales and marketing strategy as well as driving commercial growth for the EV charging sector.

• Achieving targets related to revenue, profitability, and market share.

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities within both public and private sectors.

• Establishing strategic partnerships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry collaborators.

• Building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales and marketing team.

• Enhancing customer engagement and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Collaborating with operational and project delivery teams to facilitate successful customer outcomes.

• Supporting the strategic growth and long-term vision of the organization.

• Fostering a positive, high-performance culture in sales and marketing throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a senior sales leadership position with a track record of driving substantial revenue growth.

• Strong commercial and financial insight, including expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability.

• Proven success in formulating and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

• Experience in managing complex sales cycles and high-value commercial agreements.

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level.

• Capability to build, motivate, and nurture high-performing sales and marketing teams.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

• Strong analytical skills and strategic decision-making capabilities.

• Valid UK driving licence.

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Desirable).

• Background in EV charging, renewable energy, smart infrastructure, or transportation sectors (Desirable).
