This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Take ownership of the comprehensive marketing strategy for Seobility β encompassing all channels, with responsibility for results and budget (annual six-figure PPC expenditure, freelancers, and project investments).
β’ Drive product-led and diverse growth: establish sustainable acquisition channels beyond our Google-organic foundation, and convert feature launches into quantifiable acquisition and activation.
β’ Lead and nurture a team of 2β3 predominantly senior marketers β providing strategic direction, coaching, and clear priorities, while ensuring that delivery remains on schedule.
β’ Embrace an AI-native marketing approach, incorporating tools, automations, and agentic workflows into research, production, and distribution, as well as communication with our users.
β’ Develop ecosystem partnerships that enhance Seobility's reach and brand authority.
β’ Advocate for Seobility's role in the SEO community, driving thought leadership and creator/channel strategy, ideally incorporating video content.
β’ Growth marketing generalist: you adeptly connect the dots across various channels and data, discover creative solutions, and take initiative without waiting for optimal conditions.
β’ SEO knowledge: sufficiently deep to spearhead strategy for a product in the SEO tools sector, navigate the marketplace with expertise, and represent us credibly to the SEO community and our users.
β’ AI-native innovator: you consistently leverage AI for work and development β using tools, automations, and prototypes β with enough technical proficiency (HTML, CSS, APIs, webhooks) to create a lead magnet or landing page independently without relying on engineering.
β’ Leadership with a focus on execution: you guide senior individuals with high standards and empathy, transforming strategy into goal-aligned plans that are actionable: structured planning, defined scope, and accountability in execution to maintain momentum post-launch.
β’ Excellent communicator and relationship builder: you successfully engage others β opening doors, negotiating and cultivating ecosystem partnerships, authentically representing Seobility publicly, and collaborating with the team on strategy β all in exceptional English (both written and verbal).
β’ Experience in budget management: you have overseen substantial monthly marketing budgets and can effectively prioritize for business impact.
β’ Flexibility: We operate with a remote-first policy and offer an optional small office in Nuremberg. You can work from anywhere, provided your working hours significantly overlap with CET.
