Head of Marketing – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete marketing function

• Create and execute our marketing and growth strategy

• Lead both the internal marketing team and external agencies and service providers

• Organize and manage our product launches, campaigns, and live events

• Supervise performance marketing, CRM, email marketing, social media, and content

• Evaluate relevant KPIs and establish specific optimization measures

• Design new marketing processes and effective structures

• Work closely with the executive team, sales, event management, and fulfillment

• Manage budget planning and marketing performance

• Several years of experience in a senior marketing position

• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams

• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset

• Strong analytical abilities and numerical proficiency

• Experience with product launches, funnels, and digital marketing processes

• Willingness to travel and eagerness to regularly participate in our events and productions on-site
