VP of Investor Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement Skeleton’s **investor relations and capital markets strategy**.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with **institutional investors, strategic partners, and financial stakeholders around the world**.

• Clearly and credibly convey Skeleton’s **technology, strategy, and financial performance** to the investment community.

• Create and present **investor materials**, such as presentations, updates, and strategic messaging.

• Support and spearhead **fundraising efforts, strategic financing, and large-scale investment transactions**.

• Structure and negotiate **financing and partnership deals worth hundreds of millions of euros** in collaboration with executive leadership.

• Supply **market intelligence and investor insights** to the CEO and leadership team to guide strategic choices.

• Represent the company at **investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows**.

• Collaborate closely with finance, strategy, and leadership teams to ensure **consistent and compelling messaging**.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in **investor relations, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance**.

• Demonstrated success in handling **large capital raises or strategic transactions**.

• Strong capability to articulate **complex technology and growth strategies to investors**.

• Experience in engaging with **global investors and financial institutions**.

• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to function effectively in a **rapidly scaling technology company**.

• Background in the **energy, infrastructure, technology, or deep-tech sectors** is highly advantageous.
