VP of Innovation – Integration Platform and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap for Redzone’s Integration Platform and Redzone Analytics.

• Establish priorities, sequence deliveries, and ensure both products provide dependable and scalable value to customers.

• Manage Horizon 3 as an investment portfolio, overseeing 3–5 innovation initiatives each year.

• Lead the development of visual and physical AI to enhance production efficiency, reduce quality loss, facilitate changeovers, minimize downtime, and support co-bot collaboration.

• Transform successful innovation initiatives into scalable core products.

• Assemble and manage teams that are capable of delivering on the roadmap and executing innovation lab projects.

• Expand the platform's reach globally across thousands of manufacturing settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of IT/OT innovation experience within the manufacturing sector.

• Proven history of delivering technology that transforms plant operations.

• Extensive hands-on experience with QAD, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and Infor ERPs.

• Familiarity with MES, WMS, and connected worker platforms, along with their integrations on the plant floor.

• Proven leadership experience in both product and engineering teams.

• Direct experience in building or deploying computer vision or physical AI solutions in industrial or production settings.

• Knowledge of predictive maintenance and machine health, including sensor data, IoT, and failure prediction models.

• Understanding of world models, digital twins, or simulations applied to operational or industrial systems.

• Ability to manage an innovation portfolio by formulating hypotheses, swiftly terminating unsuccessful initiatives, and scaling successful projects.

• Executive presence in navigating the ambiguity of Horizon 3 and delivering on the Horizon 1 roadmap.
