• Regularly assess new platforms, technologies, and creator trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in leading influencer marketing, creator partnerships, creator operations, or talent organizations.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing influencer marketing teams.

• Experience in managing extensive creator ecosystems and fostering long-term creator relationships.

• Profound understanding of creator economics, whitelisting, licensing, usage rights, and performance marketing.

• Proven experience in closely collaborating with paid media and creative teams to achieve measurable business results.

• Experience in creating scalable systems rather than merely managing campaigns.

• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of how creator marketing contributes to profitable growth.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong operational skills with a focus on ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.
