Head of Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

• Develop and implement the company's comprehensive go-to-market strategy.

• Establish brand positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

• Create scalable demand generation initiatives that drive revenue growth.

• Take ownership of marketing pipeline generation and performance metrics.

• Track marketing performance and refine initiatives based on quantifiable business outcomes.

• Articulate the company's voice and market positioning.

• Supervise the production of high-quality content, case studies, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership resources.

• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources according to business impact and ROI.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing marketing team.

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, and strategic partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, specifically in leadership roles.

• Demonstrated success in creating B2B demand generation programs that resulted in measurable pipeline and revenue.

• Experience in leading marketing strategies within SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or agency settings.

• Strong knowledge of AI-driven marketing workflows and automation.

• Background in managing marketing budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue-centric initiatives.

• Advanced proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of making data-informed decisions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

• Outstanding writing, messaging, and storytelling skills.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
