This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: This role focuses on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
• Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at enhancing revenue growth.
• Cross-Function Collaboration: Work alongside various departments, including marketing, account management, and customer success, to ensure a unified and effective go-to-market approach.
• CRM Adherence: Utilize Salesforce CRM for managing and forecasting the sales budget, tracking leads, managing contacts, and creating opportunities.
• Strategy Refinement: Monitor and analyze sales data to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent Hapi: Participate in industry events and conferences to foster relationships and generate leads for the business segment.
• Industry Knowledge: Remain informed about hospitality industry trends and competitive developments to guide sales strategies.
• Goal Attainment: Achieve or surpass assigned sales quotas.

• Over 5 years of experience in selling hotel technology.
• Background in complex solution sales.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Sandler, and Challenger.
• Proficient in the Google for Business suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
• Proficient with AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Effectively manage time and meet performance and productivity standards while telecommuting.
• Solid understanding of data cloud ecosystems and hospitality technologies.
• **Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience in selling PMS, CRM, or data integration solutions at the enterprise level.
• Familiarity with AWS and its functionalities.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Bilingual (Spanish).
