📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis that align with budgetary and revenue growth objectives.

• Lead a team of retention marketing specialists to formulate effective strategies aimed at enhancing the adoption of our products and services within our client base, while crafting campaigns designed to foster growth and expansion among this demographic.

• Create adoption metrics and KPIs to assess and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns across client accounts.

• Oversee the development and optimization of upselling and cross-selling initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance ROI, conversion rates, and audience reach.

• Identify and suggest new media channels, growth strategies, and tactics for business development.

• Establish methodologies for program measurement and analyze outcomes with respect to ROI and success criteria such as attraction, engagement, qualification, and acceleration.

• Supervise the marketing operations team to ensure that key reporting mechanisms provide valuable insights into demand and retention efforts, facilitating informed decision-making.

• Design and implement a data strategy that promotes the utilization of high-quality, enriched data along with standardized processes for capturing, maintaining, and governing data use.

• Ensure that data hygiene and governance processes are effectively developed and followed within our data strategy.

• Enhance marketing agility by documenting procedures and streamlining workflows to boost productivity and efficiency.

• Spearhead initiatives to improve performance measurement and insights: model and establish performance targets across channels while ensuring teams have access to insights that optimize marketing performance.

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure alignment in processes for tracking, reporting, and taking action on leads from sales hand-off through to conversion.

• Assist the Head of Marketing with strategic planning, conducting reverse waterfall exercises for goal-setting, and managing the budget planning process.

• Guide the team in coordination with marketing communications, product marketing, and sales enablement/operations to align activities in support of broader campaign initiatives.

• Oversee and facilitate the creation, testing, and implementation of multi-touch nurturing campaigns, including landing pages and content placement.

• Develop and implement a digital strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, focusing on enhancing SEO/SEM efforts and paid social campaigns, including LinkedIn and other cost-per-lead targeting strategies.

• Utilize digital metrics (such as site traffic and conversion rates) to analyze online performance and optimize marketing expenditures.

• Establish lead goals and stage/conversion rates within the demand waterfall, measuring and optimizing results accordingly.

• Manage the creation of integrated marketing campaigns, driving both inbound and outbound digital and partner marketing tactics.

• Supervise a comprehensive events strategy that encompasses tradeshows, webinars, hosted VIP events, and an annual Summit, with a focus on performance reporting and ROI.

• Work with sales development and sales teams to create, implement, and maintain lead-to-revenue processes that are aligned with business goals and go-to-market strategies.

• Accountable for the team’s performance management and workforce planning in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 15 years of experience in B2B demand generation.

• More than 7 years of management experience.

• Strong proficiency with Eloqua (or another marketing automation platform), Salesforce, and Account-Based Technology platforms.

• Extensive knowledge in paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimization.

• Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, PowerBI, and/or Google Data Studios.

• Proven experience managing budgets and assessing hiring needs within the team.

• Previous experience collaborating across all functions of Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to define and develop scalable business processes aimed at driving revenue.

• Documented success in supporting or collaborating with Enterprise-level Sales and Marketing teams, including familiarity with long-cycle B2B sales processes, account-based marketing strategies, and cross-functional go-to-market execution.

• Highly preferred experience in integrating AI into marketing strategies to enhance outcomes and operational efficiency.
