VP of Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The VP of Delivery is responsible for overseeing the complete customer experience, which includes proof of concepts, onboarding, production operations, reliability, support, and fostering the human relationships that transform an initial deployment into a lasting partnership.

• The role encompasses the management of each customer's production health, renewal status, and reference potential.

• You are familiar with the key accounts, their environment conditions, and the next three deliverables we owe them.

• You ensure reliability as perceived by the customer, which includes SLO commitments, incident response, change management, and operational practices that keep customer workloads functioning seamlessly.

• You are responsible for hiring, developing, and maintaining high standards for the team members who interact directly with our customers.

• You ensure that our product and its delivery methods assist customers in upholding their compliance requirements.

• You serve as the most accurate indicator within the company regarding our customers' immediate needs, ensuring that this information is effectively communicated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience managing a high-reliability service, which includes handling real production workloads, being on-call, and adhering to stringent SLAs for regulated or security-sensitive clients.

• A professional background that includes roles as an SRE, platform engineer, or solutions architect, in addition to management experience.

• Proven leadership in delivery, customer engineering, TAM, or managed-services organizations at companies that provide services to regulated enterprises (such as financial services, healthcare, public sector, critical infrastructure, etc.).

• Familiarity with various compliance frameworks that are important to customers, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, DORA, EU AI Act, or their equivalents.

• Experience in building and scaling a delivery organization during a transition phase (for instance, moving from founder-led delivery to a structured organization, or expanding from a single region to multiple regions).
