This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead the design and execution of a robust data infrastructure to enhance analytics and business intelligence.
• Oversee database engineering initiatives to improve data storage and retrieval efficiency.
• Ensure the implementation of effective data warehousing solutions that facilitate efficient data management and reporting.
• Drive the development of high-value assets that aid in strategic decision-making.
• Create and manage customer data platforms to capture and analyze consumer behavior and preferences.
• Supervise consumer segmentation efforts to identify and target key audience segments.
• Spearhead initiatives to recognize consumer trends and behaviors to guide product development and marketing strategies.
• Develop and refine target audience profiles to boost marketing effectiveness.
• Employ propensity modeling to forecast customer behavior in the purchase funnel and enhance marketing efforts.
• Conduct and oversee first-party custom research to generate unique consumer insights.
• Translate data into actionable customer insights to foster business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Supervise website analytics to improve online user experience and engagement.
• Develop and implement marketing mix models to assess and optimize marketing investments.
• Utilize predictive analytics to anticipate marketing outcomes and inform strategic direction.
• Lead advanced marketing attribution initiatives to accurately assess the impact of marketing activities.
• Analyze commercial performance data to pinpoint opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Define brand equity and strength.
• Oversee network analytics to enhance distribution and operational efficiency.
• Lead product analytics initiatives to inform product development and lifecycle management.
• Apply financial analytics to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Advanced Degree Preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in data, analytics, and insights, with a background in leading large, multi-functional teams.
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective data and analytics strategies within a global organization.
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is advantageous.
• Expertise in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, and AI.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to utilize Monte Carlo simulations, Real Options, simulations leveraging a Digital Twin, causal inference, and Bayesian Decision Analysis.
• Strong understanding of data management, governance, and architecture.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to present complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
