This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert business opportunities, customer requirements, and operational challenges into reusable data products, integrated data solutions, and enhanced business processes.
• Oversee the functional execution of the data strategy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Digital Product, Analytics, AI, Data Operations, and Technology teams.
• Conduct discovery and consultation activities to establish functional requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and value metrics.
• Supervise Data Analysts tasked with requirements development, data discovery, profiling, analysis, solution creation, and validation.
• Evaluate the quality, completeness, usability, and fitness of source data.
• Define business semantics, transformation logic, data relationships, and readiness criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Operations and Data Engineering during the design and delivery phases.
• Direct functional testing and business acceptance validation for datasets, data products, and integrated solutions.
• Manage customer feedback, adoption, and transition activities.
• Facilitate the assessment and redesign of business processes through data, workflow automation, AI, and process simplification.
• Create reusable methodologies and standards for workflow automation, controls, monitoring, and operational handoff.
• Provide data and analytical solutions directly when extensive engineering investment is not required.
• Support rapid prototyping and pathways for enterprise-scale operationalization.
• Empower customers to adopt and effectively utilize data products, integrated solutions, and automated workflows.
• Establish a strategy for automating requirements discovery, data profiling, documentation, testing, and traceability.
• Leverage AI, metadata, workflow, and reusable analytical patterns to enhance analyst capacity, consistency, and speed.
• Create repeatable operational practices that minimize manual effort and enhance quality.
• Extensive leadership experience in data analysis, data products, business process automation, analytics consulting, or enterprise solution delivery.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams of Data Analysts, Product Analysts, Business Process Analysts, or Automation Specialists.
• Demonstrated ability to convert business needs and operational processes into functional requirements, data specifications, and scalable solutions.
• Strong background in data discovery, profiling, quality assessment, testing, business acceptance, and solution adoption.
• Proven track record in business process analysis, process redesign, workflow automation, and measurable operational improvement.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, integration patterns, analytics, AI, metadata, and automation technologies.
• Excellent customer engagement, communication, influencing, and change leadership skills.
• Experience in complex, regulated enterprises is preferred.
• Access to cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working from home.
