This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate campaign performance, lead conversion, and sales pipeline to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing demand generation and revenue results.
• Develop and sustain dashboards for GTM metrics, including campaign ROI, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, funnel conversion, pipeline by source, and attribution.
• Convert performance data into actionable insights in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue leadership.
• Assist in GTM planning and forecasting by setting targets, tracking performance, and enhancing pipeline predictability.
• Optimize and manage the marketing technology stack, encompassing CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and intent platforms.
• Enhance data quality, system integrations, audience segmentation, and reporting frameworks.
• Aid in the assessment and implementation of GTM technology, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Set governance for campaign tracking, lead data, consent management, and system utilization.
• Detect inefficiencies in the GTM lifecycle and devise scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Enhance campaign planning, lead capture, scoring, routing, nurturing, attribution, sales transitions, and operations transitions.
• Standardize GTM workflows, documentation, taxonomy, and campaign governance.
• Promote the adoption of GTM operations best practices across regional and functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams.
• Assist with audience segmentation, campaign strategy, pipeline-generation objectives, budget distribution, and marketing capacity planning.
• Define lead stages, qualification standards, routing protocols, SLAs, and feedback mechanisms.
• Prepare leadership reports and presentations that communicate marketing performance, risks, priorities, and suggested actions.
• 4-7 years of professional experience in Marketing Operations or GTM Operations within a startup or technology firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to convert data into operational enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Inflection or Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker or Tableau), and creating reporting dashboards.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are continually evolving.
• Strong collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
