This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Lead the North American Sales and Marketing Team to identify and implement profitable growth opportunities.
• Create personalized and relevant customer experiences with OEMs and users through digital marketing, relationship management, and channel development.
• Develop and utilize meaningful, consistent Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives and customer scorecards to enhance commercial performance.
• Understand, define, and create a multi-dimensional, value-added channel strategy with partnerships that extend the Banjo/KZValve customer experience.
• Generate a clearly defined, value-based pricing strategy that promotes continuous margin growth while enhancing customer value.
• Provide significant data analytics and market insights to business leadership to support strategic business development, lead generation, and sales strategies.
• Enable sustainable growth through foundational, repeatable commercial processes measured by key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Integrate digital marketing, data analytics, and operational processes to maximize efficiencies.
• As a senior leader, foster a strong culture of customer obsession, ensuring that the customer remains central to our mission.
• Develop IDEX Agriculture Group’s strategic and annual operational plans through collaboration with Innovation, Strategic Marketing, Operations, and Global Teams, derived from a thorough understanding of markets, trends, competition, and technology as it relates to our vision and capabilities.
• Act as a key contributor to Sales Operations, including the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process with demand forecasts from the sales team and other incoming customer intelligence.
• As a senior leader, serve as a highly engaged steward of the business's goals, actions, and reputation.
• With a proven servant leadership approach, the VP of North American Agriculture Sales and Marketing is expected to attract, develop, motivate, and lead a high-performance team while fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring the core values of the company are upheld.
• A minimum of 10 years of Sales and Marketing Management experience within the Agriculture industry is essential.
• Proven expertise in B2B sales with substantial involvement in various channels and go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; an MBA is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the digital transformation of marketing and sales operations, along with CRM system optimization.
• Sharp business and financial acumen.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Results-oriented with a high level of personal and team accountability.
• Strong analytical skills that lead to business and strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in achieving results through servant leadership and the development of a highly engaged team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, primarily within the USA.
