
VP New Business Consulting Sales – Hi-Tech Client Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Enhancing EXL's market presence and expanding business development opportunities with prospective clients.
• Accountable for acquiring new clients and managing the sales process from the initial deal creation to final closure, followed by a successful transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop a consistent pipeline of new business to ensure repeatable and profitable revenues across various Business Units.
• Implement go-to-market strategies through targeted campaigns and diverse sales channels such as advisors, influencers, and participation in conferences and industry events.
• Capable of effectively recognizing and translating client requirements into the company's service offerings.
• 8 - 12 years of experience as an individual contributor in selling new business for a BPO or a Top 10 Advisory Consulting firm, with recent years focused on selling Consulting, Advisory, and BPO services to Hi-Tech clients.
• Skilled in identifying and qualifying leads, capable of establishing strong relationships within potential client organizations, and demonstrating a proven ability to convert these relationships into commercial engagements, even in scenarios with minimal prior connection.
• Proactively managed client expectations and fostered deep partnerships, with broad functional expertise in the North American BPO sector, able to connect with various executive-level stakeholders regarding their specific challenges.
• Strong sales process and operational skills (pipeline management, forecasting, budgeting, etc.), strategically minded with the ability to create a consultative and solution-oriented sales atmosphere. A high-energy individual motivated by success.
