• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for regional end market development tailored by material for various states and regions.
• Ensure the collection and evaluation of existing end market capacity data, clarifying the necessary capacity growth.
• Create and oversee multi-year investment and intervention plans for end markets on a state-by-state basis.
• Identify ideal partner companies and lead engagement efforts to stimulate investment.
• Map and pinpoint key partners and potential investors for new applications and plant development.
• Advocate for the expansion of PCR and new applications, promoting significant growth in the utilization of domestic PCR.
• Develop the REM verification strategy, ensuring the creation and execution of a National REM Standard.
• Supervise, manage, delegate tasks, and inspire a small team of industry professionals to expedite end market development.
• A Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field, or a higher qualification is required.
• Minimum of 10+ years of operational experience in Materials Recovery Facilities (MRFs), reclaimers, or recycling facilities.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
