• Accountable for the comprehensive operational and financial leadership of the Onterris global Consulting segment.
• Hold complete P&L responsibility for the Consulting Division, encompassing revenue growth, EBITDA, margin enhancement, working capital, and cash flow management.
• Ensure consistent, profitable growth that aligns with enterprise performance objectives.
• Foster operating leverage and enhance segment profitability through disciplined cost and margin oversight.
• Spearhead annual operating plans, long-term forecasts, and capital prioritization in collaboration with the COO and Finance Leader.
• Enhance forecasting accuracy, financial transparency, and performance accountability across various geographies.
• Oversee the operational and cultural integration of acquired companies into the Consulting division.
• Achieve acquisition synergies, such as cost alignment, leadership integration, systems consolidation, and acceleration of cross-selling initiatives.
• Standardize project delivery methodologies, pricing governance, margin expectations, and performance management practices across both legacy and newly acquired businesses in conjunction with the COO.
• Create and enforce standardized global project management frameworks and financial controls.
• Improve chargeability, backlog visibility, pricing discipline, and project-level profitability.
• Implement consistent margin measurement methodologies across various service lines and regions.
• Collaborate with corporate leaders to accomplish segment goals.
• Function effectively within Onterris’ shared-services and matrixed organizational structure.
• Strengthen executive-level client relationships and manage strategic accounts effectively.
• Accelerate organic growth through disciplined market prioritization and integrated portfolio offerings.
• Build and nurture a high-performing global Consulting leadership team.
• Set clear accountability standards and performance expectations across different regions.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related fields.
• Over 20 years of leadership experience in environmental consulting or engineering services.
• Proven track record of successfully leading a multi-geography business exceeding $500M, including international exposure.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership with quantifiable EBITDA growth and margin expansion.
• Experience in integrating acquisitions into scalable operating platforms.
• Strong understanding of project-based business economics and margin governance.
• Experience working within a publicly traded or similarly regulated enterprise.
• Proven ability to lead effectively within a matrixed structure, in conjunction with corporate shared-service functions.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
• Strong talent developer with experience managing large, dispersed teams.
