This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Establish and guide cross-functional teams in the conception and implementation of marketing initiatives

• Oversee and manage designated activities to guarantee the prompt delivery of top-quality products and services

• Promote and cultivate collaboration among various departments

• Act as the main client liaison for assigned accounts

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or higher degree is preferred

• At least 10 years of agency experience in pharmaceutical medical communications and account management

• Proven track record of successfully managing over 5 million dollars in fees per year within a pharmaceutical medical communications agency

• Experience in managing and mentoring Account Services staff
