This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Foster brand recognition, boost sales, and develop the business by utilizing client relationships within a specified territory.
• Provide support to the broker/dealer community, concentrating on cross-channel advisors in Milwaukee, Green Bay, and the eastern region of Wisconsin.
• Grow Franklin Templeton's assets under management by attracting new investments and retaining current assets.
• Anticipate and respond to clients’ investment requirements.
• Guide clients on how Franklin Templeton’s investment offerings can enhance their business and fulfill their needs.
• Illustrate how products align with clients’ business objectives, including customized portfolio construction services and bespoke solutions.
• Strengthen Franklin Templeton’s market presence as a leading industry expert.
• Educate colleagues and represent Franklin Templeton at various events and gatherings.
• Adapt sales strategies to meet changing market dynamics and evolving client requirements.
• Create and implement territory business plans, prospecting methods, and contact strategies.
• Leverage industry and competitive insights to meet sales targets.
• Oversee expenses in relation to the annual territory travel and entertainment budget.
• Utilize internal networks and external influencers to enhance client relationships.
• Customize best-practice suggestions, education, and consulting to reinforce and expand client interactions.
• Provide advice on and position Franklin Templeton products utilizing knowledge of competitor offerings.
• Utilize insights from portfolio managers and product specifics to recommend suitable solutions.
• Lead and coordinate sales initiatives with internal partners to attain sales objectives.
• Cultivate and enhance partnerships and teamwork through collaboration and mentorship.
• Typically possesses 8 to 12 years of relevant sales experience.
• Series 7 and 63 certifications are required.
• CIMA and/or CFA certifications are preferred.
• In-depth understanding of investment strategies and their macroeconomic foundations.
• Knowledge of how to cater to the unique needs of private wealth managers.
• Experience with investment vehicles and strategies such as SMAs, ETFs, and Alternatives.
• Familiarity with platforms like RPM and UMA.
• Ideal candidates will reside in the greater Milwaukee area.
