This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to accomplish the company’s sales objectives and goals.
• Evaluate trends in the cybersecurity market and analyze competitors to uncover opportunities and potential threats.
• Work in conjunction with senior sales leadership to establish sales targets and devise strategies to achieve them.
• Inspire, manage, and lead a high-performing team in cybersecurity sales.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and nurture cybersecurity sales professionals.
• Conduct routine performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
• Supervise daily operations of the sales team, including territory management, sales forecasting, and pipeline oversight.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Address client issues and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and manage the sales budget for the designated area while controlling expenses.
• Provide executive briefings, lead Innovation Forums, and deliver professional cybersecurity services, including tabletop incident response reviews, ransomware runbook reviews, and PCI Gap analysis.
• Report on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to support sales initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, sales team members, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 7-9 years of sales and leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity professional services.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong skills in leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficient in developing and executing intricate sales strategies for both new and existing markets.
