VP, Managing Director – 401K Relationship Manager

📋 Description

• Accountable for establishing, nurturing, and expanding robust relationships with key employee benefit decision-makers, influencers, and C-suite executives at a designated group of Fidelity’s institutional clients.

• Spearheads and collaborates with an internal team of service-oriented associates and business partners throughout the Fidelity organization to address client challenges and provide consultative solutions tailored to client needs.

• Designs and facilitates strategic planning and service review meetings, either virtually or in-person, to gain a deeper understanding of the client's goals and objectives.

• Effectively positions products and solutions that will assist the client in achieving their overarching benefits objectives.

• Responsible for partnering with extended service teams to deliver information on fiduciary responsibilities, participant communication, and educational strategies as needed to support the book of business.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates for this role must possess Series 7 and 63 licenses.

• It is preferred that candidates have at least 8 years of experience in Relationship Management or Client Service, ideally within the Retirement/401K sector.

• Experience in Health and Welfare, Defined Benefits, and Stock Plan Services administration is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Ability to cultivate positive client relationships founded on a mutual commitment to shared objectives.

• Regularly engages key client decision-makers and advisors/consultants to gain a more comprehensive understanding of client needs and opportunities.

• Remains informed about changes in the client's business, their competitors, the industry, and the marketplace through proactive outreach and/or research, to enhance client satisfaction.
