VP, Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Lead the organization’s interactions with the investment community and formulate an all-encompassing strategy to effectively convey the company’s financial performance, strategic goals, and long-term aspirations.

• Supervise the creation and execution of investor calls and presentations, ensuring precision, transparency, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver market insights, evaluate investor sentiment, and craft external messaging that boosts shareholder trust.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, acting as a reliable representative of the company within the global capital markets.

• Monitor and evaluate competitor performance, market trends, and industry advancements to guide internal strategy and external communications.

• Track and synthesize research, market sentiment, and key investor viewpoints to provide actionable insights and reports to senior management.

• Maintain and oversee external forecasting models.

• Address daily inquiries from institutional investors, delivering timely, accurate, and compliant responses.

• Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of investor conferences and meetings, including preparing briefing materials for senior leadership.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Communications, Product) to create and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all investor interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or related disciplines.

• Proven ability to foster and maintain robust relationships with institutional investors, equity research analysts, and the wider financial community.

• In-depth knowledge of financial statements, capital markets, and valuation factors, with the capacity to simplify complex information into clear messaging.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities; poised in representing the company with credibility and clarity to investors and executives.

• Strong strategic mindset that synergizes analytical rigor with sound business judgment to influence decisions and shape external narratives.

• Demonstrated success in high-growth, entrepreneurial settings.

• Solid experience collaborating with C-suite executives, Board members, and cross-functional leaders to align messaging and strategy.

• Background in working across global markets and engaging with international investors.
