VP Human Resources – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to the President of LATAM regarding HR issues

• Oversee the regional HR operations, collaborating with global Centers of Excellence (COEs) and local HR Business Partners (HRBPs)

• Play a key role in the global HR strategy and represent LATAM in the Global HR Leadership Team

• Facilitate business transformation by aligning HR capabilities with organizational needs

• Spearhead regional organizational design and change management initiatives

• Ensure robust governance, risk management, and adherence to labor laws

• Formulate and implement talent strategies aimed at attracting and retaining skilled personnel

• Manage leadership development and succession planning initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership

• Demonstrated capability to lead within a matrixed, multinational environment

• Proven track record in transforming HR functions effectively

• Extensive experience in organizational design and HR systems

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is required

• An advanced degree or MBA is preferred
