This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions within the Talent Management Suite.
• Customize and configure the relevant SuccessFactors modules.
• Implement business requirements from HR, management, and related departments.
• Configure Business Rules, workflows, forms, roles, and permissions.
• Create, develop, and manage a role-based authorization concept using Role Based Permissions.
• Analyze and resolve authorization issues within the SuccessFactors landscape.
• Coordinate with HR, IT security, and compliance regarding roles, permissions, and governance requirements.
• Provide support for integrating the SuccessFactors solution into the existing H4/S4 landscape.
• Ensure a consistent data, role, and authorization structure.
• Support testing, rollout, and go-live activities.
• Analyze, optimize, and further develop existing configurations and processes in talent management.
• Collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers.
• Work as part of an agile team.
• Several years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite.
• Extensive experience in customizing and configuring within SuccessFactors.
• Solid understanding of Role Based Permissions and designing authorization concepts.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Familiarity with SAP HCM, HCM-PE, and H4/S4 is a plus.
• Experience with HR transformation projects is desirable.
• Experience in integrating SuccessFactors with H4/S4 is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP Identity Authentication Service and Identity Provisioning Service is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP GRC Access Control is beneficial.
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Proficient in German language, both written and spoken.
