πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Establishes and nurtures relationships with executives, management, and teams, gaining insights into the business, its goals, and challenges while identifying and creating solutions for systemic issues.

β€’ Offers strategic advice to executives and assists management teams in areas such as organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, training, and development.

β€’ Evaluates HR trends and metrics, which includes conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover data and engagement results.

β€’ Collaborates with practice leaders to formulate effective and consistent people solutions, programs, and policies across the organization.

β€’ Provides counsel, influences decisions, and coaches to foster a diverse, inclusive, productive, and high-integrity work environment.

β€’ Offers guidance and insights on organizational restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.

β€’ Coaches and advises managers on maintaining positive employee relations across a variety of issues.

β€’ Assists managers with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and involuntary terminations.

β€’ Conducts investigations into complex employee relations matters and recommends or implements actions based on the findings.

β€’ Works collaboratively with business leaders on employee development and strategic talent planning decisions.

β€’ Aids leaders in conducting annual reviews and formulating development plans for employees.

β€’ Develops strategies for practices to utilize tools, such as our HCM tool, UKG, to facilitate business growth.

β€’ Produces HR-related information for the practice/discipline during the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

β€’ Maintains updated knowledge of legal requirements for employee management, minimizing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

β€’ Leads key HR team projects by taking initiative in managing project efforts, including scheduling and resource allocation, while ensuring accountability among project team members for their deliverables.

β€’ Identifies areas for process improvement and implements initiatives accordingly.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industry experience.

β€’ At least 10 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.

β€’ SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential or HRCI Certification.

β€’ Proficient knowledge in various human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and relevant employment laws at both state and federal levels.

β€’ Exhibits a professional and consultative demeanor when interacting with executives, leaders, management, and employees at all levels.

β€’ Strong capability to influence decisions, foster alignment, and drive results.

β€’ Excellent communication skills.

β€’ Prior experience with organizational design.

β€’ Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

β€’ Capacity to handle and follow through on multiple priorities and assignments.

β€’ Ability to be adaptable while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

β€’ Thrives in environments characterized by a high degree of autonomy and variability.
