This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assists the human resources department in the development and execution of effective HR policies and practices.
β’ Offers expertise through HR consulting and coaching, collaborating with business leaders to address significant personnel challenges.
β’ Delivers knowledge in the technical and regulatory facets of employment, covering areas such as hiring, contingent labor, performance management, and workforce reductions.
β’ Collaborates across various Human Resources sub-families, including Compensation, Benefits, Strategic Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisitions, HR program and policy development, compliance, employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of applied HR experience across various Corporate functions.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in employment law with strong investigative skills.
β’ Familiarity with Workday, Service Now, or other related HRIS and service support systems.
β’ Proficient in MS Office Programs.
