HR Solutions Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assists the human resources department in the development and execution of effective HR policies and practices.

• Offers expertise through HR consulting and coaching, collaborating with business leaders to address significant personnel challenges.

• Delivers knowledge in the technical and regulatory facets of employment, covering areas such as hiring, contingent labor, performance management, and workforce reductions.

• Collaborates across various Human Resources sub-families, including Compensation, Benefits, Strategic Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisitions, HR program and policy development, compliance, employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of applied HR experience across various Corporate functions.

• At least 2 years of experience in employment law with strong investigative skills.

• Familiarity with Workday, Service Now, or other related HRIS and service support systems.

• Proficient in MS Office Programs.
