This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, playing a vital role in the leadership team to steer and influence strategic objectives and initiatives.

• Serve as the primary liaison for the business, ensuring an optimal work environment, advocating for all employees, and facilitating support for leadership development and succession planning.

• Keep abreast of internal and external changes in laws, policies, and practices to identify and address risks affecting employees and the organization.

• Cultivate strong, trusting, and transparent relationships with both employees and leadership to achieve organizational goals.

• Evaluate information and trends from various sources such as engagement surveys, exit interviews, and employee feedback, providing recommendations and actionable steps for enhancement.

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards.

• Work alongside other departments to identify, address, and eliminate obstacles that hinder departmental or employee performance.

• Assess and influence department dynamics, offering recommendations to enhance effectiveness.

• Engage actively within the department and with the department's leadership team.

• Foster cross-department collaboration and information sharing within your own team and across the organization.

• Execute any additional job-related duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in human resources, leadership, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner is essential.

• Proven experience in organizational design, change management, and the ability to collaborate and influence executive leaders is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Current knowledge of employment laws is necessary.

• Capability to educate and train management on recruitment and employee relations matters.

• Strong critical listening and thinking abilities.

• Competence in negotiation skills.
