Human Resources Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Execute Talent Acquisition responsibilities at a professional level.

• Address SVMH’s talent requirements through proactive sourcing and recruitment of external candidates.

• Conduct intake and strategy discussions with hiring managers.

• Actively source candidates through diverse recruitment channels.

• Screen interested candidates to refine the applicant pool and present qualified individuals to hiring managers.

• Perform assessment interviews for challenging-to-fill and leadership roles.

• Provide guidance to leaders on the standard talent selection process.

• Prepare conditional offers, check references, and negotiate on behalf of the hiring manager.

• Support special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Bachelor's degree in business or a Human Resources related field is highly preferred.

• HR certification from HRCI or SHRM is preferred.

• At least three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience, ideally in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Executive Level Recruitment.
