This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Execute Talent Acquisition responsibilities at a professional level.
β’ Address SVMHβs talent requirements through proactive sourcing and recruitment of external candidates.
β’ Conduct intake and strategy discussions with hiring managers.
β’ Actively source candidates through diverse recruitment channels.
β’ Screen interested candidates to refine the applicant pool and present qualified individuals to hiring managers.
β’ Perform assessment interviews for challenging-to-fill and leadership roles.
β’ Provide guidance to leaders on the standard talent selection process.
β’ Prepare conditional offers, check references, and negotiate on behalf of the hiring manager.
β’ Support special projects as required.
β’ High school diploma or GED.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business or a Human Resources related field is highly preferred.
β’ HR certification from HRCI or SHRM is preferred.
β’ At least three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience, ideally in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Executive Level Recruitment.
