This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provides senior-level leadership and direction for the organization’s HR operations.
• Cultivates a high-engagement atmosphere where employee satisfaction and overall well-being are prioritized.
• Accountable for establishing, enforcing, and assessing legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Identifies and executes long-term strategic talent management objectives.
• Maintains a data-driven employee retention framework aimed at extending the average employee lifecycle.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, and supervises HR personnel.
• Oversees the daily operations of the department, including payroll, benefits, wellness initiatives, HRIS, hiring, onboarding, employee HR training, and employee relations.
• Manages daily HR processes, tasks, resource distribution, reporting, communications, and ensures that projects adhere to deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in human resource management is required.
• Knowledge and experience in leading human resources for a multi-state organization.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with and experience in various human resource information systems.
• Knowledge and experience with HRIS and third-party payroll systems.
