People Partner – HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Shaping the complete employee experience from hiring to departure.

• Serving as the primary liaison among employees, managers, and company processes.

• Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees.

• Providing guidance, challenging, and coaching managers on matters related to personnel.

• Overseeing internal projects.

• Critically assessing and continuously enhancing existing processes and workflows.

• Strategically utilizing AI tools to transform manual tasks into automated workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree.

• Proven experience in fast-paced environments and dynamic organizational structures.

• Confidently supporting and advising managers.

• A strong coaching mentality.

• Comprehensive knowledge of labor law.

• A passion for aligning employee interests with business objectives and enthusiasm for the work.

• Willingness to engage with new subjects.

• Capacity to function in a bilingual work environment, fluent in both German and English.

• Experience in analyzing internal metrics and formulating effective initiatives.

• Experience in implementing AI-supported processes is a plus.
