This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Act as a strategic business partner and consultant to Field leaders.
• Anticipate the need for change, propose solutions, and drive sustainable resolutions.
• Coach and guide operations partners, translating strategic objectives into quantifiable team outcomes.
• Empower leaders to recognize, cultivate, and reward high performance.
• Facilitate leadership development, individual growth, succession planning, and engagement for Field teams.
• Collaborate with peer teams to ensure that programs and processes benefit Team Members and the organization.
• Innovate and redesign programs and processes as necessary.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition on recruitment, talent movements, and resignations.
• Partner with HRBPs and Support Center leadership to implement solutions that align with organizational and business-unit goals.
• Support initiatives that foster and maintain the company culture while developing personnel.
• Implement recognition programs and celebrations.
• Ensure HR compliance and proactively address any gaps.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
• Guide and support the resolution of employee relations issues and the accurate application of HR guidelines, systems, and processes.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner leading multi-unit concepts (preferably in hospitality).
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong proficiency in change management.
• Proven history of leadership positions within culture-focused companies.
• Sound judgment paired with robust decision-making capabilities.
• Commitment to maintaining high personal and professional standards of conduct.
• Over 5 years of professional HR experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• This position is remote, with a travel requirement of at least 10–25%.
• Candidates must reside in Atlanta, Cleveland, or Chicago.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
