HR Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Address Tier 1 inquiries and transactions associated with fundamental HR processes.

• Keep employee lifecycle information updated in Workday, encompassing promotions, transfers, contract extensions, title modifications, probation periods, and additional job-change activities.

• Disseminate processes, policies, and pertinent documentation to employees effectively.

• Comply with established KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards.

• Recognize data discrepancies and escalate unresolved matters to HR Specialists.

• Oversee and coordinate inquiries utilizing the case management tool.

• Administer employee benefits and manage leave transactions.

• Identify and escalate intricate queries to the suitable owner.

• Facilitate employee onboarding procedures.

• Oversee employee exit processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid grasp of essential HR management practices, processes, procedures, and policies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Prior experience in a Workday HR setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with Case Management tools is a beneficial addition.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or a client services role is preferred.

• Strong collaborative skills and team-oriented mindset.

• Highly driven, organized, and methodical in approach.
