This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Executive leaders to develop HR strategies

• Provide guidance on organizational design

• Manage talent acquisition strategies

• Serve as an advocate for employees

• Work alongside Total Rewards on compensation programs

• Lead HR initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance

• Motivate and mentor the HR team


⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of advancing HR experience

• 5+ years as a senior HR Business Partner in a technology setting

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required

• Master’s degree is preferred

• Experience in globally supportive HR roles

• In-depth knowledge of employment law

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities

• HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
