• 5+ years as a senior HR Business Partner in a technology setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Experience in globally supportive HR roles
• In-depth knowledge of employment law
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
