β’ Oversee and influence a proactive Employee Relations Strategy in collaboration with business and HR leaders.
β’ Accountable for the team's outcomes and share responsibility for resources, budget, and policy adherence.
β’ In-depth knowledge of US employment law.
β’ Proven ability to conduct intricate internal investigations.
β’ Experience in developing and sustaining a proactive employee relations strategy.
β’ Exceptional skills in building relationships.
β’ High professional standards concerning customer service, confidentiality, and integrity.
β’ Capability to evaluate complex situations and analyze data to make informed judgments and recommend solutions.
