• Assist the organization in fostering a positive employee relations atmosphere.

• Design and execute proactive strategies for managing employee relations.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and the Code of Business Conduct by business partners.

• Oversee and influence a proactive Employee Relations Strategy in collaboration with business and HR leaders.

• Accountable for the team's outcomes and share responsibility for resources, budget, and policy adherence.
