This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Act as a consultant and reliable advisor to senior management across Business Operations.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to enhance workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies.
β’ Deliver data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.
β’ Lead and implement large-scale change projects.
β’ Serve as a consultative thought partner to leaders in the design and recommendation of organizational structures.
β’ Evaluate organizational health using workforce analytics.
β’ Convert enterprise talent strategies into actionable results.
β’ Mentor leaders on talent and development planning.
β’ Empower leaders to cultivate high-performing, engaged teams.
β’ Work in conjunction with HR Centers of Excellence to implement and promote enterprise programs.
β’ Collaborate with the Employee Relations team on complex employee performance and conduct matters.
β’ Identify and proactively address organizational and people-related risks.
β’ Bachelorβs degree is mandatory.
β’ Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
β’ Experience in supporting large-scale clients (500+ employees) is required.
β’ Preferred experience with California-based hourly employees and/or knowledge of California employment law.
β’ Demonstrated business acumen is essential.
β’ Proven capability to influence Director/VP-level leaders.
β’ Experience in high-growth, global, or matrixed organizations is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
β’ Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office are required.
