This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Act as a consultant and reliable advisor to senior management across Business Operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies.
• Deliver data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.
• Lead and implement large-scale change projects.
• Serve as a consultative thought partner to leaders in the design and recommendation of organizational structures.
• Evaluate organizational health using workforce analytics.
• Convert enterprise talent strategies into actionable results.
• Mentor leaders on talent and development planning.
• Empower leaders to cultivate high-performing, engaged teams.
• Work in conjunction with HR Centers of Excellence to implement and promote enterprise programs.
• Collaborate with the Employee Relations team on complex employee performance and conduct matters.
• Identify and proactively address organizational and people-related risks.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience in supporting large-scale clients (500+ employees) is required.
• Preferred experience with California-based hourly employees and/or knowledge of California employment law.
• Demonstrated business acumen is essential.
• Proven capability to influence Director/VP-level leaders.
• Experience in high-growth, global, or matrixed organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office are required.
