This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support the development, implementation, administration, and ongoing management of healthcare programs.
β’ Oversee the administration, maintenance, communication, and education regarding the company's Wellbeing program/platform.
β’ Engage in various benefits initiatives, focusing on the design and execution of compensation programs.
β’ Assist with benefits matters during new hire onboarding and employee termination processes.
β’ Create benefits communications and provide guidance to team members on complex benefits-related inquiries.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ At least 4 years of substantial, hands-on experience in corporate human resources, specifically in employee benefits.
β’ Proficient in managing Open/Annual Enrollment for health and wellness plans.
β’ Knowledge of state and federal employment and employee benefit laws and regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
β’ Experience with the administration of 401(k) plans is preferred.
β’ Comprehensive healthcare programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, and FSA options.
β’ Additional welfare plans, such as disability, life insurance, commuter benefits, PTO, and EAP services.
β’ Engagement initiatives for the Wellbeing program/platform.
