This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main owner for the configuration, enhancements, and optimization of Workday Compensation and Performance.
• Design and oversee annual compensation cycles, merit planning, bonus procedures, and performance review frameworks.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards and HR leadership to ensure alignment between system capabilities and compensation/performance strategies.
• Identify and execute opportunities for AI-enabled solutions and workflow automation.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.
• Configure and manage Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, and Absence.
• Create and sustain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems.
• More than 5 years of practical Workday HCM experience, particularly focused on Compensation and Performance/Talent.
• Proven track record in managing Workday configuration, testing, and releases.
• Experience in supporting compensation cycles and performance management processes.
• Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and deriving insights from data.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing automation and AI-driven solutions.
