This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with executive leaders and their teams to ensure alignment of people strategies with business goals.
• Provide expertise on organizational structure, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
• Spearhead people strategies that support transformation, the evolution of operating models, and business expansion.
• Evaluate organizational effectiveness and implement modifications to enhance business performance.
• Contribute to strategic business decisions and formulation as a key member of the senior leadership team.
• Work with Finance on headcount planning, workforce investments, and budgetary considerations.
• Design and implement strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing talent in technology and product sectors.
• Establish succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify and address gaps in workforce capabilities.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
• Manage complex employee relations issues in collaboration with local Country HR Directors and Centers of Excellence.
• Work alongside Total Rewards to create competitive, fair, and market-aligned compensation programs.
• Champion performance management practices.
• Oversee HR initiatives, process enhancements, and organizational programs.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations across various regions.
• Analyze workforce and organizational data, track HR metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the BATP HR team.
• Achieve HR operational excellence and ensure exceptional experiences for employees and managers.
• Over 12 years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven senior HRBP leadership experience supporting technology, product, engineering, AI, data, or digital sectors.
• Experience collaborating with senior technology executives in large-scale global organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence organizational design, workforce strategy, talent planning, and business transformation initiatives.
• Track record of leading growth, transformation, operational model changes, restructuring, and complex business projects successfully.
• Profound expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Global HR experience, encompassing multi-country workforce practices, employee relations, and organizational leadership.
• Experience in technology-led, software, SaaS, analytics, product-centric, or digital-first organizations is highly preferred.
• Capability to influence and challenge senior leaders, build credibility swiftly, and foster stakeholder alignment.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and global compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication, consulting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Skill in influencing, coaching, and establishing credibility with senior leaders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
• Availability in the CT/ET time zones is preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check may be necessary.
