VP, Global Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead Global Operational Excellence: Supervise operational execution across five global locations in Colombia, Mexico, Egypt, and North America.

• Accountability for Key Dependency Metrics: Take full responsibility for essential KPIs across all Lines of Business (LOBs).

• Cross-Regional Knowledge Sharing: Standardize procedures and promote a culture of learning from experiences in one region.

• Strategic Partnership with Clients: Serve as the main operational contact for the client's executive leadership team.

• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with insights driven by data, proactive scaling strategies, and opportunities for growth.

• Financial and Forecast Management: Set clear operational objectives, analyze portfolio growth, and deliver accurate forecasting.

• Collaborative Synergy: Work closely with internal teams to present a cohesive approach to the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations within a BPO environment.

• Extensive background in overseeing large-scale operations, ideally in the Telecommunications, Internet Service Provider (ISP), or Subscription-Based Consumer Hardware industries.

• Proven track record in managing complex portfolios that concurrently address high-tier Technical Support/Hardware Troubleshooting and Inbound/Outbound Sales.

• Significant experience managing operations in Latin America, particularly in Colombia and Mexico.

• Strong financial and analytical skills.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills suitable for executive-level engagement.

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
