This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of the organization's enterprise financial strategy.
• Take ownership of the long-term financial model, incorporating scenario planning for capital allocation, growth investments, and strategic trade-offs.
• Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership to convert strategy into quantifiable financial results.
• Establish and oversee the enterprise performance management framework, which includes KPIs, reporting, and operational rhythms.
• Identify risks and opportunities across various markets, service lines, and contracts.
• Promote accountability for financial results and ongoing performance enhancement alongside operational and clinical leaders.
• Advise the CFO and senior leadership on growth strategies, market expansion, and partnerships.
• Lead the financial assessment of risk-based contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments.
• Provide insights for decision-making at the executive and Board levels.
• Assist in capital planning, preparation of investor materials, Board reporting, and development of financial narratives.
• Collaborate with the CFO on investor relations and external financial communications.
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team across FP&A and field finance.
• Establish scalable processes, tools, and operating models.
• Develop and mentor finance leaders.
• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a relevant discipline.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Extensive exposure to FP&A and strategic finance.
• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Experience in healthcare or value-based care is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, long-term planning, and scenario analysis.
• Experience in supporting capital strategy, investor engagement, or M&A activities.
• History of supporting executive-level and Board-level decision-making through analysis, modeling, and insights.
• Preference for experience in value-based care, risk-based contracting, or alternative payment models.
• Strong business acumen that connects financial insights to operational strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams and scalable finance functions.
• Adaptability to quickly change priorities in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
