This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead a high-performing team in the creation of data-driven, omnichannel experiences.
• Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration to design and execute innovative customer experiences.
• Establish a vision for transforming the customer experience.
• Build essential relationships both internally and externally.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of financials and take ownership of team utilization.
• Identify and tackle critical moments in the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Analytics to refine and enhance the Omnichannel Plan.
• Write tactical briefs that ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Mentor team members in Experience Strategy expertise.
• Contribute strategic insights to support new business initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in Omnichannel Strategy, Experience Strategy, Digital Strategy, or a similar area.
• Over 3 years of experience in people management, including leading and developing a team.
• Background in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare Marketing sectors.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and user experience skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Experienced with digital collaboration and journey mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Mural, Airtable).
• Familiar with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, etc.).
• Skilled in utilizing AI systems and frameworks.
